My daughter wanted to purchase her first new couch so she searched and saw the great ratings for GFO. We walked in last Thursday and were greeted by the most gracious gentleman Richard. Within minutes, Richard had made my daughter at ease and helped her find the perfect couch. Thank you Richard for making this experience so enjoyable!

Richard was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. You can truly tell he loves what he does and cares about his customers. I absolutely love this place and I’m so grateful for Richard’s help. I had an amazing experience at this store after having a terrible encounter at another store. As I walked up to the door, an employee rushed over to open it for me as it was cold outside and I was holding my toddler. After his polite gesture, my family was greeted by Marlos who kindly asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Initially, we came in to look around but after receiving such great service in a no pressure sales environment, we ended up purchasing three pieces of furniture. Not only is the staff extraordinary, but this location has great quality furniture with plenty of options, and very kind ladies at the checkout. Fastest furniture transaction I’ve ever experienced as well. We will return for future purchases and ask for Marlos. Great job everyone!

Marlo’s was very friendly when I walked in. He was always available and around when I had questions. Very kind! He was so nice to work with when I found my couch 😊 then I got handed off to Techera who helped me pay and get everything settled. I walked in just to browse and left with a couch! Great selection to choose from and great prices.
