While our sales experience in-store was phenomenal (every member of staff in this location was amazing), every step of the way after our in-store experience has been a nightmare. We were given two delivery dates that came and went with no communication from Ashley customer service. Our local sales rep did his best to help us and to get with customer service but received the same responses we did it seemed. If I could give 5 stars to this specific location and 1 star to the Ashley customer service I would. We finally get our new "Luxe" couch delivered and one piece is wrong, our cushions are already sagging within two weeks of delivery, and every time I call it is like another part-time job I have. They said I had to pay a balance when they delivered the wrong piece and we had to argue that. They've told me they won't have our piece for over 6 weeks. We have to take pictures of our sagging cushion and email in. When I mentioned a couple others don't feel right she said they might have to send a technician out. I literally spend more time on this couch than one of my jobs. I literally dread having to reach out to Ashley customer service regarding the issues. For what we paid for this couch, I regret every dollar except the commission my sales rep received.
