We worked with sales associate Michael Guillot who was very helpful in our search for some side chairs. Michael helped us find just what we needed and at an excellent price. I can’t say enough good things about Hurwitz Mintz. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We visited just about every furniture store around, and none came close to the selection, style, or showroom at Hurwitz. We spent multiple days and many hours browsing the showroom, and never once felt pressured. No salespeople hovering, following or rushing us, which we really appreciated because it allowed us to take our time. On several visits, we were there nearly until closing and no one flinched. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. A special shout-out to salesman Steve for helping us get over the finish line in choosing a sofa. This was our first time buying big ticket furniture for our home, and we must have asked a thousand questions. Not once did he seem impatient or frustrated. He was beyond exceptional and we couldn't have done it without him. The quality and beauty of their pieces really stand out. We’ll definitely be back to purchase more in the future and won’t shop anywhere else - can't wait to go back! One suggestion: I would make is about the front desk receptionist. She didn't look happy to be there nor was very friendly. Being the first face customers see when they walk in the door, she should smile and be more welcoming.
