We were throughly satisfied with the service we received. We met with Chandler. He was very knowledgeable of their products and helpful to us with all the different options. We enjoyed working with him and happy with our selection. We can’t wait to receive our new furniture. We will return again in the near future.

We were shopping around all day, 11/30/25 for furniture and settled on Ashley furniture!!!! We we very pleased with the sales person "BJ MELANSON" with her knowledge of the product that we were interested in and also the finance personnel (was awesome) we are very happy with our purchase from Ashley furniture!!!!, we would like to share an extra special Mahalo, to "BJ MELANSON" for her kindness and knowledge of the time that we were there..... I bought so many pieces from Ashley's over the years. In the past months, it has been a few. The service is usually really good. The sales woman, BJ at the Salt Lake location was really nice and helpful. I also received assistance from the manager and another salesman. All were really nice, attentive, and really helpful in the process.
