Tim Zickmund was very helpful. The floor model chair we bought was a dollar cheaper than the others. The system would not let him change the price so he gave me a dollar out his own pocket to make it right. When we came back with our truck to pick it up. He came out in the cold to help load it. When we come back at a later date to replace our couch hope he is still there to help us. Photo with it in my soon to be man cave

We enjoyed our time there. We originally looked for a loveseat and ended up with one plus temper pedic mattress and bed outfit. Bre and Jason were excellent salesperson and hosts. They went into detail to explain everything.

Just received my new couch, coffee tables, and sofa table from Ashley Furniture Homestore on Lima. It's looking even better than it did in the store. Joel Ortiz was a big help and was able to work out a nice deal since it was a pre Black Friday purchase. If you are looking for something for your house, go ask for him. He will do you right and is very knowledgeable.
