We just purchased a sofa at the Ashley store on east 117th street. We were taken care of by Nick. It was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Nick was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. What he was unsure of, he researched. He was very helpful with our selection, answered all our questions and followed up when we did have questions. We would highly recommend that store. Thank you again Nick! We are looking forward to our delivery.

My visit today alongside my girlfriend was very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a big thank you to the wonderful workers there Carlos, Nick and Zee. They gave the best info and details we needed for choosing the perfect sofa at the best price. Not to mention they offered complimentary chairs lattes that are delicious. Give them a visit. 🙌🏻✅

Nick at Ashley on 117th was incredible to work with! He helped us find our perfect couch at the perfect price point. Highly recommend this Ashley furniture location! Nick, Joshua, and everyone present truly couldn’t have made everything run smoother. We left with a new couch and the were able to get it scheduled for delivery quickly. Thank you Ashley East River!

Going through the process of purchasing new furniture for my loved one’s home after their recent passing has been difficult, to say the least. After multiple failed attempts to receive assistance online and trying to get our items by a specific date, my mom and I decided to come into the store in person. Thankfully, that’s when we met Nick, who then introduced us to Carlos. Let me just say, these two exhausted every option available. Whenever an obstacle came up, they stayed patient, persistent, and committed until they were able to accommodate our needs within our budget. During such a trying time, they truly went above and beyond and brought some much-needed joy our way. We are so grateful for both Nick and Carlos. Thank you for your patience, your incredible service, and the amazing chai lattes. A job well done!! Ashley Furniture is truly lucky to have you both as part of the team. Keep up the great work. It was a blessing working with you, and we can’t thank you enough.
