We just purchased a sofa at the Ashley store on east 117th street. We were taken care of by Nick. It was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Nick was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. What he was unsure of, he researched. He was very helpful with our selection, answered all our questions and followed up when we did have questions. We would highly recommend that store. Thank you again Nick! We are looking forward to our delivery.

Going through the process of purchasing new furniture for my loved one’s home after their recent passing has been difficult, to say the least. After multiple failed attempts to receive assistance online and trying to get our items by a specific date, my mom and I decided to come into the store in person. Thankfully, that’s when we met Nick, who then introduced us to Carlos. Let me just say, these two exhausted every option available. Whenever an obstacle came up, they stayed patient, persistent, and committed until they were able to accommodate our needs within our budget. During such a trying time, they truly went above and beyond and brought some much-needed joy our way. We are so grateful for both Nick and Carlos. They have amazing furnitures , in store 116 street Harlem mall , Amina and Carlos are the best Salesman and saleswoman I ever seen She’s so pretty patient and , king. For the delivery best team come to my apartment very on time and professional , Jenny Very engaging sending me message letting me know every step, thank you.
