I would give Bob's Discount 4 stars, but I'm giving them 3 stars because of their horrible delivery availability. I intended to purchase a new sofa while I was on vacation this week (11 days total) and I will not get to enjoy my new sofa until after my vacation is done. In fact, I have to see if I can call in late to work just so I can accept the delivery of my new sofa. A whole week and no delivery availability is appalling Bob! I will give Bob's Discount a great review for their prices. When I tell you, I went to Ashley Furniture store in this same complex, and I could not get out of their store fast enough! I'll be posting my review on their store too! But Ashley Furniture store prices are RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!! I asked in both stores if they had any sales going on for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday and the Ashley rep did not provide any concrete sales or specials going on. He just kept saying I can give you a deal on this or that. Being in Ashley Furniture made me feel like there was going to be a ton of haggling involved and I'm not about that life. I want a clear price, mo gimmicks or games, and that's that! And with how exorbitant Ashley prices are, after you haggle the price down, are you really getting a deal? NOPE! Even the quality of their furniture is not on the same level as Bob's Discount. Now the Bob's Discount rep stated they didn't have any specials either, but he said it's in their store name, every day is a discount with no sales needed. And prior to go shopping, I already knew this about Bob's Discount because of the research I had already been doing. If I can get my delivery before I return to work, I'll increase my review to 4 stars, but until then- it's giving 3 stars!
My fiancé and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bob’s Furniture. From start to finish, the customer service was truly top-tier. Earl was phenomenal—he helped me choose the perfect bed and mattress and was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. He made the experience feel extremely comfortable and trustworthy, which is something you don’t always get when making a big purchase. I also want to give a huge thank you to the young lady in the finance department (I sadly forgot her name), because she was truly a gem—so kind, professional, and helpful. And thank you to Jessica, who assisted me with assigning my delivery date and made everything smooth and stress-free. Everyone we encountered had such a positive, welcoming attitude. Honestly, I haven’t experienced customer service this great in a very long time. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality furniture and an even better experience. Amazing team all around! ♥️✨

As a long time loyal customer, Bobs 117th location never disappoints. Always a great selection of products and great customer service. Adriana and Vincent was extremely helpful. I left with exactly what I wanted and stayed in my price point. I will always continue to be a valued bobs customer
We received excellent service and looked at many different options. Our sales person Michael wasn’t afraid to quickly show us how each sofa bed converted. We felt no pressure to buy anything on the spot and left feeling knowledgeable about what we viewed and pretty sure we were going to buy something within a day or so. So happy we went in person instead of just shopping online.
