We've boarded our pug here many times and I couldn't be happier with how well they care for him. The staff are so attentive and really truly love animals and you can tell in how they interact. They have great options across the board from extra treats to the grooming available. I always know I have a safe place for my pets to land here.
We LOVE At-Home Kennels!! They have gone so far above and beyond for our 17-year old kitty Huck and 5-year old labradoodle Beau to ensure they are comfortable, happy, and healthy. They clearly love their fur baby guests and are incredible with communication. Special shout out to Cassandra who took Huck to the vet for us when he was not feeling well when we were out-of-state and kept us updated! Will continue to use their services!
The staff at At Home Kennels are the best! Every time we leave our dog, we have the peace of mind that she is receiving excellent care. We like to add a daily walk for our dog when boarding and during our dog’s last stay we received a pet update email sharing how our dog is doing and eating with pictures. We have been bringing our family dogs here for the past 20 years and we would highly recommend At Home for daycare and/or boarding.
This kennel is highly affordable compared to others and they took lovely care of my babies. It cost around $280 to board my dog and cat for a six day vacation and Cassandra sent us updates including beautiful photos. I was sad to leave them at a place that didn't have video cameras, but this update completely put my mind at ease! My Pomeranian went for a full groom on the last day and it was priced fairly at $55 and came out adorable--especially considering my only recommendation was to "make her look cute" as she had some scruffy fur from playing outside. She also had a healed wound that they treated with the utmost care. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!
At-Home Kennels took great care of our two little dogs over a week long vacation in June. From the beginning, when we made our advance reservations through vaccination check and drop off, we were had great customer service from different staff (phone, email and in person). Dalton, the manager, was especially efficient, kind and responsive. While away we asked for a photo to see how the dogs were doing and within 48 hours we had a photos. The facility is very clean and the dogs that are there look well taken care of. The community room was cool and while our dogs initially were afraid when we left them, by the time we picked them up they were perky and wagging their tails. Highly recommend their services and like that vaccinations are required.
