Where do we begin? Lisa was referred to is by Gabe Encinas and from the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Lisa took the time to understand what we were looking for and she took the ball running. Within an hour I had homes to review as our first step. She clearly and truly understood the time crunch we were in ( landlord decided to sell rental property ASAP). We didn’t have much time and after viewing a couple of houses; we decided on one. She honestly read our body language and right away knew we weren't 100% happy but, with time running out we had to make a choice. My wife's preference was to stay where we were but, the landlord's asking price was above what we were willing to pay. She stayed in contact with us communicating step by step of each process and when we submitted an offer... she questioned us about our decision. She suggested we allow her to negotiate with our landlord and with less than 24 hours she got the price of the rental property to fit our investment price. The rest is history. You will not find a more professional, caring, and loyal agent. She is the best of the best. It took patience and consistency but, she made our dream come true. She is an amazing person and I would highly recommend her to my family, friends or everyone. We truly appreciated her efforts and professionalism. Her caring ways made this home buying process as smooth as humanly possible. Thank You!!
