The quote was competitive, the communication was efficient and the installation time frame in the new year was acceptable given it was right before Christmas. Right from the outset of designing the system through to installation and hand over the team was very professional and it was clear they knew what they were doing. The system installed is Daikin and it works perfectly. I received excellent service from all their staff including the owner, 2 support, 5 air con installers and 3 electricians.

The Team at Atack Air were contacted when Our Daikin Air Conditioner stopped working after a recent power outage. Danielle in the Office, arranged for Andrew to complete a Service Call for the following day. We were advised our System had given up the ghost. Andrew advised this was an Insurance Claim. David arrived to quote on a replacement system & suggested a few minor changes for Our Home System, making it more efficient & reducing ongoing costs. David advised, due to their current workload, it would be about 6 weeks before they could complete the install. While speaking to David, I had explained my Husband was seriously ill in Hospital. David spoke to his Team explaining Our situation. The Team (Hayden, Dylan, David & Phill) chose to arrive Friday afternoon (Usually Friday is their shorter day) for the installation. They were Extremely Efficient with the installation, explaining the workings of the "New" system & cleaning up the site once the job was completed. I would be more than pleased to Recommend this Company. This is a Company who Truely Understand the meaning of "Customer Service & Satisfaction".

What a fantastic company. I was looking for air con quotes and Atack Air was across the road at a neighbor house. After they finished up, they came over quoted a split system vs ducted. Happy with the quote and service. Install was 2 weeks after quote and the installation team were great during the the whole day and cleaned up and even sent the time to explain how to use the system to me a pensioner. Great service.
