I highly recommend OzPest Solutions. They are extremely punctual and professional. On the day of the pest control service, the technician messaged me about half an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way — and he arrived exactly on time. The work was carried out very thoroughly and carefully. They didn’t miss a single corner and clearly know their job well, so there was no need for me to explain anything. George was especially patient in answering all of my questions and took the time to explain things clearly. As both my partner and I were at work, only my elderly parent and child were at home. After finishing the job, George kindly said goodbye to my family and even thoughtfully left a small bag of lollies for my child, which was such a lovely touch. Every Christmas, they also prepare a small surprise for their customers during their service visits. The gift may not be expensive, but it really shows how much they care and value their clients. Overall, they are reliable, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OzPest Solutions to anyone.

We had a significant mouse problem. Austin attended for the initial consult and I asked for him when it came time for a follow up and review. Austin was professional, honest and warm in his communications. I felt there to be genuine interest in wanting to resolve and not just a job. I would highly recommend OzPest Solutions. Their prices are great, the service is professional, and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They sprayed every inch of the house thoroughly and used pet-friendly products indoors, which was a huge bonus. Thanks to the team for doing such a great job!
