I filed with them last year and things were ok, I even referred my kids dad to file here as well. Today they aggravated the hell out of me, as a returning customer I only got offered 100 and they couldn’t even give me that cause they kept telling me I have a tax pin even tho I kept telling them I do not. I adv before the tax pin situation that I would not be returning to file with them after this year due to them offering me same amount I was offered last year. It’s misleading, u will get 100 and then u will not get rest until IRS accepts you. They also have someone who doesn’t even know how to file taxes it seems cause they have to keep getting up running to computer to computer when it’s already taking them 2 hours a person. They told me to come back when I got tax pin and I even showed them I do not use a tax pin every year. I will not be returning so I when ahead and got my info from them. I also set a spot for 10 and was not seen till 12 as they see walk ins first so don’t even bother setting an appt. Im not going to say the ip pin was their fault, however I was not returning regardless of that happening so it’s all good. I will not refer anyone else here, u can file your taxes elsewhere and get a bigger loan then $100. That $100 is to convince u to come back to get another $100-200 😆 they stated they didn’t wanna loose me as a customer but couldn’t get pass a ip pin I don’t have AND only offered me 100 today when their in house loan goes up to 500 and im looking at about 7,000 back. Never again but good luck to all!
