Terrible service wasn’t open on time as listed on google then when she did arrive 3 people didn’t have on a mask but she advised me to put one on. I left and i will never come back

She was quick, efficient, and clear about the instructions for the Fieldprint appointment. She was also kind and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend! I booked an appointment at 9 am and saw a young man there already, which showed me that she opened early as a courtesy for him. He also left smiling and appreciative and that was such a blessing to see. Not only was my interaction great, but his interaction showed consistency her great service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED FO GET FINGERPRINTS FOR IDENTOGO , I WOULDNT DARE WANT THIS PERSON WITH MY INFORMATION. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 11AM, I RODE UBER SO SHE CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT 15MIN PRIOR. I WAS ALREADY IN ROUTE AT THIS POINT. SHE CLAIMS THE CANCELLATION WAS DUE RO A GAS LEAK. UPON ME WAITING FOR MY RIDE I TOOK A PICTURE OF MYSELF TO LET MY FIANCÉ KNOW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THE PLACE WAS AND HOW 10MINS OF ME BEING THERE SHE NEEDED ME TO WEAR A MASK :| SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I WAS LYING & TO STEP OUT IF I FEEL AS THOUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, WHICH I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT. I INFORMED HER I WILL BE WAITING UNTIL MY RIDE ARRIVES. SHE THEN TOLD ME IF I DID NOT GET OUT SHE WOULD PUT ME OUT. I TOLD HER ID LIKE TO SEE HER TRY :) . SHE THEN GOT ON THE PHONE WITH FRIENDS & TAKING PICTURES OF ME SO I FACETIME MY PEOPLE & HAD THEM ON THE PHONE IN CASE SHE TRIED ANYTHING & TOOK PICTURES OF HER, SHE THEN CALLED THE POLICE LAST MINUTE BECAUSE I HONESTLY DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE MY UBER RIDE WAS 5MIN AWAY. ONCE MY RIDE ARRIVED SHE CAME TO THE DOOR AS PUSHED ME & I PUSHED HER BACK & CALLED ME NAMES AS IF HER BOOBS DONT HANG LOW & HER TEETH ARENT MISSING. I WOULDNT WANT SOMEONE LIKE THAT DOING MY FINGERPRINTS LET ALONE MY TAXES!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
