Nicole, Did an excellent Job explaining all the potential savings and various Rates depending on different usages. Also, ALL options that were available to me as well as Reimbursements for early Cancellations on my existing provider. The store that Nicole was working at had even closed for the Day/evening and it didn’t phase her at All. She continued her Job making sure she finished and explained every detail. Had there been been a 10 Star selection I would’ve definitely given it to her!!
