I’ll keep it short and simple. Here’s why you should go here for service: - Go to Auto Collision if you’re okay with overspending for fender benders (started at 3k somehow got to almost $7k). -Go if you’re okay not getting emails about Estimates, pick up dates, parts needing to be ordered, or no communication period. -Go here if you want to consistently have your pick up date pushed back 1-2 months because they needed “supplements” but repeatedly fail to let you know. -Go here if you don’t want your car to look brand new like it should. My bumper is misaligned after they kept pushing back my pick up date by weeks. Overall would NOT recommend to anyone who needs efficient, reasonably affordable, and/or communicative service.

I have to say. The BEST shop experience of my 60 years. Everyone from AAC was sincere and committed to making sure everything was address to MY satisfaction. Had a very minor issue when car was delivered back to me but was resolved immediately. They were grateful for my business. Couldn’t ask for any better experience with an auto body shop. Everyone I speak with loves this shop. Highly recommend AAC.

First I want to say, I used them many years ago so I was happy about the pristine service they provided. I took my daughter’s car there and the repairs are perfection. It did take two weeks and they offer a great warranty so I was fine with that but I was told 1pm for pickup then got a call that it was no 3pm which threw me behind for something we had planned and we really missed out due to this. Nonetheless, the car looked great so we dealt with the time change. We were told to give them an additional 10 minutes to clean the car up. Let’s say 10 turned to 25-30 minutes later and the car was not clean, the vacuum job awful and the windows, tires and car itself was still not clean. As long as it took it should have been a lot cleaner. I would still refer someone to them, but the car wash was awful.

I had an amazing experience with Atlanta Auto Collision Center from start to finish. From the very first day I dropped off my car to the day I picked it up, the entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept me updated throughout the process and completed the work quicker than I expected. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond—not only fixing my collision damage, but also buffing out and repairing a small ding that wasn’t even part of the original issue. I’m very pleased with the body work on my car! My vehicle was hit on the driver’s side, and Atlanta Collision Center got started right away the following week. The repair looks flawless, and the color match is perfect. They even reattached a mirror from a previous accident at no extra hassle, which I really appreciated.
