This body shop had my vehicle for over a month. When I picked my vehicle up, I noticed that air and rain were coming through the windshield. Which I’m not sure why they said they had to remove my windshield for some reason even though that was not the issue. Wind and rain have been coming into my car so I called the body shop and they had me drop off my car again. I use my vehicle for work and now I’m unable to go to work tomorrow. Hopefully they will have this fixed by tomorrow, but I highly doubt it because they Say one thing and it’s a total different thing. I will never use this body shop again if I could put zero stars, I would.

Would recommend Atlas body shop for auto repairs they take care of you Jr was very helpful and informative on how my repairs where going. And from the front desk to upper management and everyone in between am very great full that I took my vehicle to your guys.

I had a smallish wreck (everybody drove away to share info), but Atlas has an amazing set of systems and personnel in place to take care of customers' needs. They helped me with advice, information, and calming care all the way along. Cudos!

I had an excellent experience with Atlas Body Shop, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was attentive, professional, and truly cared about making the process as smooth as possible. JR went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my Jeep. He consistently called to let me know what was going on, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. His professionalism and communication were outstanding. I also want to recognize the front desk ladies, who were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful every time I had a question or needed assistance. Their customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience even better. Atlas Body Shop is a place where you can expect great work, honest communication, and a team that truly values its customers. I am so grateful for their dedication and will definitely return if I ever need body work again.

Back in December of last year I was driving through San Antonio to Florida as I was moving there. Unfortunately for me a semi truck didnt look before trying to switch lanes and ended up clipping the back end of my drivers side. Cops arrived and had my car taken to Atlas. I went the next day to get all of my belongings so that i could keep heading to Florida, the team at Atlas was very reassuring and informative. The car was there till early February, I was out of state and pretty anxious about the progress and condition of my car. But I got weekly updates whether via email or phone call with pictures and updates and where they were at. In February I flew back to pick up the car and it looked just as it had before the accident if not better with the fresh paint to the quarter panel and bumper. I hate that the accident happened but I’m forever grateful for the team at Atlas for taking such good care of it and making the pickup process so smooth!
