I sure love their fast service in Valvoline Alamo Heights in San Antonio. However, very disappointed that my mat and carpet was left with heavy oil spots from technician.

Roy was great to get my 2001 Chevy Suburban oil changed. I told him we have been bringing that vehicle to that Valvoline store since we bought it in 2001 with 38 miles and now it has 191,910 miles on it. He thought that was awesome and thanked me for being a good customer. Roy was thoughtful and I appreciate his service in the military and we talked about Colorado where he was stationed so good job Roy and good job Valvoline for hiring Roy.
