Atlas Electronics is truly one of the best and most reliable repair and service centers you can find for TVs, audio systems, projectors, survey machines, and so much more. The moment you walk in, you immediately feel the professionalism and honesty that this business is known for. Their team combines real technical expertise with customer care, treating every repair — big or small — with precision and respect. One of the biggest strengths of Atlas Electronics is their deep understanding of the technology behind every device. They don’t simply “patch” problems; they diagnose them properly and explain everything clearly. Whether your TV needs a new panel, your sound system isn’t performing right, or your projector is showing discoloration, they guide you through the issue without upselling or confusing you. Their technicians take pride in doing the job correctly the first time. Turnaround times are excellent as well. While many repair shops might keep your equipment for weeks, Atlas is efficient, transparent, and consistently communicates about timelines and pricing. Their customer service is friendly, patient, and focused on making sure you feel confident your equipment is in good hands. What really sets them apart is their versatility. Not many repair centers can handle TVs, audio systems, vintage components, office projectors, survey machines, and specialized equipment — yet Atlas Electronics handles all of it with the same high level of excellence. Homeowners, business owners, contractors, and technicians rely on them because they deliver consistent, trustworthy results. And here’s the best part: make sure you ask for Johnny or Nick. These two are known for going above and beyond. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. They take time to explain everything, they stand by their work, and they treat your equipment like their own.

Thank you Nick and John and whoever else worked to bring our Canon LV-7585 projector back to life! Super pleasant and easy interaction on the phone and via email. Fast work, would heartily recommend. Saved us thousands of dollars, assuming we get a couple more years out of the unit (fingerscrossed).

Our 75” Vizio TV, just 2 years old, suddenly went dark. It was no longer under warranty and we thought it was destined for the trash but couldn’t afford a replacement. After months of it sitting unused, we tried Atlas for repairs, though we weren’t optimistic. For a $25 diagnostic fee, they identified a failed backlight. We approved the $275 repair, and today our TV works perfectly again! The staff is incredibly friendly, communicative, and helpful. We are extremely happy with the outcome and will absolutely recommend and hire Atlas again in the future!

**Update** John called from Atlas electronics and spoke with me about my issue. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He apologized for the person I spoke with before and explained my issue to me. Although he broke my heart by telling me my TV was beyond repair, he was honest with me. I appreciate John and will definitely recommend them for service. I called to see if I could get my 85 inch tv repaired, the lady on the phone acted as if she was too busy and didn't have time to answer my questions. She told me I would have to bring it in for a diagnostics. I tell her it's 85 inches and it's hard to transport, she said that was the only way. I then call back to see if I could purchase the part, and tell her the website says they sell the part, she tells me no, we don't have it. She said it immediately, didn't even look it up.
