Chris made my day. This morning, I took my 3 year old MacBook Pro to his place of business because my keyboard is going haywire. A couple hours later he texted me to say I still had Apple Care on my machine, and I should take it there and his work was done. I picked up my computer at no charge at all. He could have easily cracked the box open and charged me, but this approach saved me time and money. Chris also does home entertainment and home system configurations - I plan to reach out to him for that soon!
