Thank you Atlas. to date, we've received an excellent professional and friendly service from the team at Atlas. A special shout out for Tracey (Senior Valuer) and Bobbi-Jo (Senior Sales Negotiator). From the outset both have been extremely attentive and have managed to steer us through the selling process with relative ease. Tracey's local knowledge of the property market and Bobbi's coordination of multiple viewings have been instrumental in the selling of our house (STC). They liaise promptly with us and each other, continuing to inform us of the next steps to take, and alerting us to any potential sale properties, arranging viewings as appropriate. Atlas were the agents in charge of the purchase of our new home and within all the chaos that we had throughout the chain, Atlas and our sales progressor, Claire Caplan, were both excellent! Claire was great throughout and assisted us every time we had an issue or query. Atlas provided a brilliant service throughout and also gave us a moving in present, which was an unexpected nice touch. Both me & my partner have agreed that for our next sale we will be sure to use Atlas. 5* service, highly recommend.

Danielle is a great credit to your company and has been extremely helpful in the process of us buying our first home which was being sold through atlas estate agents. Danielle was helpful with any queries I had and would always be sure to get back in touch with me as soon as possible whenever I had sent over an email or gave her a phone-call. Even anytime I rang the atlas office, every colleague on the phone was very polite and helpful. Although I did not go through with any of them, atlas give you the help of the optional breeze move portal where you can choose a solicitor and even give you a list of mortgage advisors/brokers you can use. I found this to be very helpful as it gave me more options to look into when choosing a solicitor. Thank you very much again Danielle, and I wish you the best of luck for the rest of your career! 🙏🏻

The team at atlas estate agents are exceptional. They are so incredibly helpful unlike other estate agents. They are prompt in communications between all parties involved in purchasing properties. I was relocating to the area and they were so helpful in giving me access to the property. They genuinely care and made this transition for me easier. This really helped me in measuring in advance to me moving in. They are professional, knowledgeable and excellent in communication. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that I would recommend using to others and will use myself again in the future. Thank you to the sales team.
