Communication was strong from the onset from office staff to the technician. I have a Class B RV and I was able to get a next day appointment. Steve came out and was able to explain the damage as far as must repair (waste valve outlet which I broke off) vs cosmetic damage (to the step into the van). He was upfront about what he could repair and what he could not (the collision damage to the van was not something he could repair). After ordering the part, Steve returned a couple weeks later and fixed the waste valve outlet. I couldn't be home so he was able to show up and get it done. So...it looks good and I just need to take the van out and try it out. Very kind and professional employees and I was satisfied with the service.

Not a real rv tech, not professional and lacks real technician knowledge and skill. He replaced my gfci 3 times, thinking that the 2nd brand new one was just as faulty as the 1st. Then told me my ground on my stove was bad, which was not after taking it to a real and legit rv tech. Overpriced by a mile; he didnt diagnose a singal problem, and also left items unhooked and unscrewed because why; not a real rv tech. Go somewhere else if you want quality work and not scammed by some guy who acts like a technician.

They definitely show up in rain or shine! We had them look at an old trailer to make sure it was suitable for someone to stay in it. Happy with the overall checklist.
