TransCo did work on my Mazda transmission and car was never the same. As a woman I can’t recommend this place unless you want to be mansplained. Not willing to do what was necessary to fix the problem. Finally my mechanic found a transmission leak after they did the work and insisted it was fine and they addressed that after multiple calls and visits. But after they worked on car shifting was sticky and sometimes totally froze up. Sold the car. Look elsewhere.
Excellent customer service from Dave and Jeff! They have fair prices and do quality work. I highly recommend Transco Transmission for not only transmission work, but also driveline repairs, as they did a great job diagnosing and replacing my bent driveshaft.
I had a great experience at Transco. Unfortunately, I needed a new transmission. The staff was friendly and very informative. After a short time I was ready to roll.!!
Dave got my truck in same day for a very reasonably priced diagnostic. He found the issue and was very honest and didn’t try to upsell me on extra work I didn’t need and instead let me know it was a quick and easy repair. I will definitely be using him for any work needed on my cars in the future!
My ball joint on my 2000 4Runner failed right in front of the Transco shop on Santa Rosa Ave! After I maneuvered my vehicle to the turn lane owner, Dave, ran out to check if I was ok and even helped me cross safely to the side of the road. He was kind enough to call a couple of shops to try to get my car in for immediate repairs but I chose to wait a couple of days and have Transco do the work! 2 months later, they’re the only shop I trust with my car maintenance because of their honest work ethic, transparency & approval process before the work gets completed, & just being phenomenal humans on one of my worst days! Thank you again Dave & Jeff for taking care of me like family 🩵
