This was a most pleasant experience! The young ladies in reception, were very personable and eager to accommodate. Dr. Josephine Do, is knowledgeable, patient, and delightful. Best experience I've had at an Optometry office in the Austin area, not to mention the location at the Arboretum is prime.

The Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable , They really took their time to help out with any questions. I was really impressed with the kindness and work ethic. Dr Doe. I hope i spelled her name right. Was so informational amd again friendly. I Highly HIGHLY recomend this place.

I was referred by Lens Crafters. Office staff was extremely nice and informative regarding insurance coverage. Even the Dr. came out and asked if I would like water during my short wait time. The office was very clean with updated equipment, which is very important for me! I felt very comfortable asking questions and received great feedback and recommendations.

Dr. Do and staff were very friendly, professional, and thorough in their testing. They took the time to explain the procedures being done and explained the results of those tests in understandable terms and answer all questions I had. This was an enlightening and educational experience for an eye exam. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the service they provided me and do recommend them.
