Great location. On the smaller side, but very clean with good equipment.

Beautiful gym, nice range of weights and machines. Clean showers and bathrooms. could be better off with a couple more standard treadmills, and better air conditioning. However, very good price with the student discount, and very friendly staff. recommended to many of my friends and family.

not a friendly place to go to Instructors miscommunicate to you they claim that they’re your friend, but they just want you for your money My Ndis paid for a gym membership but I wasn’t allowed to use the equipment as an instructor banded me from using the equipment but I was allowed to pay for membership When I brought this, they decided to ban me from the whole entire university campus which was restricting me from attending my university classes in semester one this year We have attempted a lot to make communication with Wendy, which is a director of the Gym and overseas complaints and investigations As I will quote from her ( I have done a full investigation ) this investigation did not involve interacting with me at all not even a phone call. The only thing I ever got was from Jackie. She told me she’ll call me at the end of the day. This phone call was never achieved. Wendy still hasn’t refunded my money for the gym and still hasn’t explained why lizy one of the instructors told me I shouldn’t even be on Ndis and I’ve still been requesting to see her medical clearance to make that decision or authority to make the assessment there is a personal trainer named damo that said just come in and I’ll try to fit you in for a personal training session so I’ll drive all the way down pay for parking and he will turn me away every single time that still has not been explained to me why he did that to upset me every time The university says I am not banned from campus but due to being banned from the Gym security was under the impression that is campuswide that’s why I was not allowed to attend my graduation dinner in December but I was informed by security that Wendy will re-host it for me there still has been no communication by Wendy These issues are still going on since July and no attempt by AU sports in communication or actions has been attempted How is it fair? Having a panic attack in a gym over being banned from using the equipment in July but then being miscommunicated that I wasn’t reasons to be me campus wide and why is a financial manager overseeing this? and why does she have a say if I’m allowed to go to any social events or even attend my classes? This is created so much pain and agony and so many times in hospital for me mentally when all I’ve tried to do was go to university and then get escorted off and threatened police called when all I’ve done was parked my car. I understand they still never contact me, but I would like a reason why Wendy has done all this and why an investigation hasn’t been done properly And yes, I have called up today they hang up instantly treating me like I’m a criminal when all I am is struggling with communication because of autism I had a support worker to help me with this communication. They stop them from entering the premises. I hope this helps for you people

It’s a nicely located gym. It has just been refurbished and moved to bigger and better space. It is also well equipped and has a lot natural light coming through. The signage , however, could be better. The group sessions are generally quite good and same goes for the trainers. The app is quite useful when you booking the group sessions and to know who is running the session. It is great option for those who are on a busy schedule or just want to get fit. There is yoga, and even over 50s training run by very experienced trainers. Try it, you never know 😉

Pretty good gym, equipment is good and has a fair bit of variety, the only thing was me was that aircon in the main room with the squat racks was not working that well. Would recommend if you’re visiting Adelaide or just looking for a gym
