Had my Vestrax PDX 2000's repaired by them a couple of years ago. Absolutely fantastic service. They came and picked my decks and my mixing board up, communicated throughout the repair process, dropped it off and helped me set it up. Honestly, couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone. Excellent quality service from beginning to end.

I felt compelled to leave my review after struggling to get my Technics Turntable 1210 working properly. I've watched countless you tube videos bought different cartridges but could never find that sweet spot of quality that comes from L.P. I delt with Audio Technical 20 years ago and always received great service back then. I wondered if they could sort it out my frustrating issue now. To my amazement they had the turntable in and my problem was resolved within a few days. The quality now of my vinal is unbelievable. Thanks guys. Chris 😎

Friendly - but clearly if they can’t fix things quickly they simply don’t bother. They have had my receiver since early December - I had it back and it lasted 1 hour - I took it back in late January and I have to call every two weeks and I am told nothing. Basically I get the feeling they are simply unable to fix things and kick the can down the road. I will be asking for a refund in my original work and taking it elsewhere
