I booked in for a free screen repair under warranty for my faulty Google pixel 8. It was super quick to hand in my phone (using repair mode), and it was ready in a few hours. I was really grateful of the no nonsense approach. Thank you for a marvellous experience after the conmen at EE in the bullring made me factory reset my phone, took 30 minutes to complete the paperwork and photograph my phone, and then told me hours later that they refused to replace the screen as per Google's instructions because of some minor scratches on the screen. I was asked to pay for a new screen. ISmash did not try to rip me off 🫶

Had the white screen of death on my iPhone, insurance claim processed the same day for a drop in repair. screen replacement in under 25minutes no need to clear all my data, which I would have if it was sent away. Absolutely top service from iSmash professional setup, my only gripe is it was quite difficult to find in Birmingham city centre.

Dropped my phone and the screen was completely smashed—cracks everywhere and the display was bleeding badly. Took it to iSmash and Adnan sorted it out within 2 hours. He was really helpful, explained everything clearly, and the phone looks brand new now. Super quick turnaround and great service. Would definitely recommend!
