I highly recommend this place! I recently found some 30 year old, very treasured recordings of my beloved mother telling some stories from Her life, in the week before she died. These are probably my family’s most treasured possession, and we wanted to make recordings to insure there is backup. Stu was remarkably helpful throughout the whole process. He patiently explained the new technology and offered options I had never thought of. He even went so far as to pick up and deliver the materials to me, not once, but twice! I was thrilled by the initial copies and needed more so my sisters could each have a copy of these treasures. Stu is a professional and has saved my mothers voice for us, her audio autobiography, and I’m forever grateful!

Hello, I have worked with Stu Sweetow and Mitch Silver at AV Consultants, on a full length documentary film about Italians in Oakland, California. Both Stu and Mitch have been extremely helpful, skilled in digital video editing, and intelligent in their suggestions and feedback on my project. They care about my work.
