took my custom built pc to mark after a couple days of me troubleshooting crashes i was having on windows 11, without an issue he identified the problems and sorted it out in a timely manner, mark was very friendly and explained everything well. highly recommended if you’re having any tech related issues

Called Mark early on Saturday as my son’s school laptop wouldn’t boot up - with all of his assignments on it. Mark had it fixed a couple of hours later. He’s knowledgeable, competent, empathetic, a great communicator, reasonably priced and managed expectations really well. We highly recommend this service.

Mark is fantastic. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is knowledgeable, very experienced and very easy to deal with. I have been burnt many times by tech support companies, and when I asked for help from Mark and Aussie PC Fix, it was with a little bit of doubt. This was a first time experience with this company. Within minutes of Mark's arrival on site, my fears were put to rest. He really knew his stuff. He was methodical, logical and calm. Exactly what you need when there is an unkniwn issue. I have had decades of dealing with tech support on very large enterprise systems in the finance domain. Not just at the broad strategic level, but at the nuts and bolts level of operating systems , applications and hardware. I consider my experience has taught me how to spot quality and value when I see it. I saw it today. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Aussie PC Fix.

Very quick, clear and great services offered and good support delivered, highly recommend Aussie PC fix. Got old ASUS Strix laptop fixed and had several upgrades made, for a good price and within a week it was completed
