I have been a regular customer for 3 years. I booked an appointment weeks ago for this afternoon. I had sent text messages over the weekend to confirm the details. No response. I called this morning and the call went to answer phone. I then get another text. Bec has hurt her back and is rescheduling the booking. 4 pm no further communication. Absolutely awful customer service.

Brogani is quite simply amazing, she is patient, reliable, always positive and continues to do an awesome job with great effort every single time she visits our home!!
