Huge thanks to Grace at for helping me pick out the perfect ring! She was incredibly professional yet made the whole environment feel relaxed and stress-free. As someone who had no idea where to start She made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Big ups to the team at Austen and Blake who also helped out when tech issues tried to get in the way, and they were on hand to help with a resize too. My fiancée loves the ring, couldn't have done it without Grace. Highly recommend her and the Cribbs Causeway team!

Grace has been absolutely fantastic today! She was so lovely and really helped us out today as we booked an appointment to pick an engagement ring. She talked us through everything we could have possibly imagined! We’ve left feeling fully informed and feeling so great about our decision to visit Austen & Blake. Would highly recommend the Bristol store and especially Grace as she was amazing. - Lany and Aled

Fantastic! We came in with a rough idea of what engagement rings we wanted and Amanda made it happen! We’ve been to other jewellers who felt quite snooty and not welcoming but that was certainly not the case here. From start to finish Amanda was friendly, helpful and SO knowledgeable. A true asset to the A&B team. The tailored attention to what we wanted in our rings was wonderful. Amanda didn’t make us feel othered for being two women either, which is just what we wanted, so thank you for that too. We’re so happy with them and cannot wait to come and collect them. Thanks so much Amanda and A&B team!

Ask for Tamara!! We visited earlier in 2025 to look at some rings for the future. Tamara was incredibly helpful: she taught us so much about diamonds, rings, recommendations etc. She was extremely knowledgeable from the get-go. We addressed some concerns from a couple reviews we saw which she explained in depth and completely threw any worries we previously had out the window. Found a gorgeous ring 1.5k cheaper than we were quoted elsewhere - for the exact same quality. She is the most likeable person ever! Very personable, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and funny! Makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. The first thing I said to my NOW FIANCÉ 🥰💍 when we left the store was - I need to be friends with her😂 Not in relation to the ring but she reminds me of miley Cyrus in the best way - just funny, likeable, helpful and someone you can trust and get along with easily. She helped my partner find the absolute dream ring I’ve always wished for and make a moment in our lives truly magical so thank you for that 😊 The quality of the ring is flawless! I can’t stop staring at it. The only slight thing my partner mentioned was when we went to collect the ring, the lady who got it for him didn’t wear gloves when touching it - I know Tamara always does when she needs to hold any. Not a big deal at all, just maybe something for other staff to consider. All in all, I would never go to anyone else but her to get our wedding rings in a couple years. Girl needs a raise😉 she truly is the best of the best! Thank you so much! Xxx

I had the most amazing experience customising my future fiancée’s engagement ring! From start to finish, Bailey made the whole process so special. She was incredibly lovely, friendly, and genuinely excited to help me create something unique and personal. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure every detail was perfect. Nothing ever felt rushed — just an enjoyable, collaborative experience. The finished ring is absolutely stunning and exactly what I had hoped for (and more!). I can’t thank her enough for making such an important purchase feel so easy and personal.
