I got exactly what I wanted and for a reasonable price. They regularly have sales of 25%-to-50% off. Have a look at their website and make an appointment to meet with one of their team who will talk you through everything and answer all your questions. Alexandra at the Canberra Centre store was a gem (see what I did there 😁) and very patient with all my questions. I love my ring!

We are very happy with the diamond ring we bought here. It looks amazing. Rachel was very helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and informed. She also spent time showing us how to use some of the inscription reading tools which was awesome. Highly recommended

I ordered a bespoke engagement ring online through the Austin and Blake showroom. Xin, Alex A and the crew at Austin & Blake Canberra Showroom have been going above and beyond in helping me: 1. Getting the engagement ring delivered in-store one week earlier than expected. Where I was able to successfully propose to my now fiancée. 2. Getting the engagement ring resized seamlessly. Because of this, my fiancée and I decided to get our wedding rings from the same store and were met with cups of tea and chocolates. Again, no issues with the ordering process and they answered all questions we had in regards to ethical sourcing from suppliers. Myself and my fiancée highly recommend using this store for your engagement and wedding rings in Canberra. We will share our 2026 wedding photos.

Such a lovely experience purchasing my beautiful diamond ring with the help of the wonderful Rachel. We were greeted by Rachel on arrival and after explaining I was replacing my engagement ring of 40 plus years and how devastated I was to have lost it she went over and above to help my husband and I to select another which is just perfect. The quality and price is outstanding and service next level I would highly recommend this store to anyone
