The team here at McGlades are truly wonderful! They are polite, experienced, have the expertise and were very willing to work with me to design and deliver the piece that I wanted. Their customer service is warm, welcoming and puts you at ease right from the get-go. It is hard to find good ol’ fashioned service like this anymore. I was impressed at how personalised the experience is here and how important they make you feel at every interaction. I would happily recommend anyone visit this store if you are looking at talking with real jewellers, and real people with a real passion for their work and tradecraft. I will definitely be coming back to see the team again when I next have a need of a jeweller. Thank you so much for all your help Angie and the team!

I have been coming to Mcglades for about 30 years firstly as a young boy with my family and 25 years as a loyal customer. Every item I have bought has been of the highest quality and sold by the most helpful and and friendly staff. I have recently purchased a personalised signet ring engraved with my own design. The whole process from the initial consultations to finished result Angie and her staff kept me informed throughout the entire stage and worked with to make sure my vision was achieved. I just had the most wonderful experience at McGlades which is why I am a return customer. I had a love heart locket that is over 100 years old which detached from the chain. Angie very kindly repaired it then and there at no charge. Thank you so much! Absolutely thrilled it was able to be fixed so quickly. I look forward to coming back in a few months to get a personalised signet ring created by the dream team. 😊

Best Jeweller's in Canberra by far. Have had 3 custom gold jewellery pieces done through Angie at McGlades Jeweller's in the Canberra CBD. Angie was really great to work with and helpful to get the pieces to perfection in the design stage. All three finished pieces were way beyond our expectations and very beautiful. We tried to get another Jewellery store to make the first piece and they were uncommunicative after the initial visit so gave them the flick and went to McGlades. So glad we did. All the staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is too hard if it's within their ability. McGlades is the place to go for custom made jewellery and they have a huge selection of ready to purchase also that cater for nearly all tastes. Definitely worth a visit if you re looking for jewellery to buy. We will go there for all our future jewellery purchases.

After checking numerous jewellery outlets in Canberra, only McGlades in Canberra City had the experience and expertise to fix my Pandora charm bracelet. I felt like a million dollars walking out with my beautifully restored bracelet. The consultant I dealt with was Professional and knowledgeable, which gave me great confidence in their ability.
