My fiance and I had been looking at jewellers for our wedding rings, and called into Austen & Blake as we really liked the look of the quality. We went in and it was full, so we began to regret not booking an appointment in advance, however we're seen by Charlotte who managed to fit us in, and we are so glad she did! Charlotte made the whole experience an absolute joy, being led by our thoughts on what we wanted and helping us through choosing different styles and fittings. Never once did we feel rushed on under any pressure to buy. She was very clear with her knowledge and talked us through different metals, durability and what linked to our wants. During our wedding planning we're very much led by the experience as well as the product, and being delighted with both we found the perfect rings for us. Charlotte brought us some celebratory fizz and kindly cleaned my engagement ring whilst we were there - the sparkle returned was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to return to collect our rings, and hopefully we will see Charlotte again. Highly recommend the store (and Charlotte in particular!), we had a fantastic experience, thank you!

We had our wedding ring appointment with Charlotte today. She was very helpful, and helped us decide what style rings were right for us - I’m very fussy! She measured my engagement ring, and compared it to the wedding rings to make sure that they would sit flush. Thankyou so much Charlotte for your help!

Although my initial experience with the in store staff was fantastic, I’ve had no end of problem with the engagement ring. I bought the ring in June and the issues started when the ring was re-sized. Within 2 weeks of getting the ring back it snapped which meant it needed to be assessed and repaired (further 3-4 weeks). Two weeks after the ring was repaired, the claw failed which resulted in damage to the emerald. At this point, I was pretty adamant I wanted a refund. Sadly, It’s taken Austen & Black a month to give a partial refund (I’ve received £2500 of £3600) and I am yet to have a response regarding my request to return the wedding bands (costing a further £2350). It’s a really disappointing experience after a positive start in store. I just want an the whole debacle to come to an end and a refund given!

I had a fantastic experience at Austen & Blake! A special thank you to Fergus, who was absolutely great, he patiently answered all my questions and walked me through all the options that fit within my budget without any pressure. I also want to give a shout-out to Charlotte and the other lovely lady there (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch). They gave me some great input and really helped me choose between the options I had. Overall, an amazing team and experience. P.S. these guys have excellent taste in music!

I recently visited Austen & Blake in Leeds to hunt for an engagement ring, and I had a truly exceptional experience thanks to Charlotte, who was incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. I’m grateful for her assistance because she took the time to understand my preferences and budget, and explained all the necessary details about diamonds so I could make the right choice. Highly recommend Austen&Blake to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and a wonderful experience!
