Amazing customer service today in Chrisholm Hunter Leeds. I bought a watch from their website and needed links removing which they did for me instantly. They also registered my watch for warranty without asking. Offered me a drink while I waited and made me feel very welcome 😊 Will definitely go back in the future and recommend to others. I meant to take a photo of their fantastic Christmas decorations but forgot to before I left.. 🤦‍♀️

Visited Chisholm Hunter in Leeds to buy a diamond ring and had a terrible experience. After being in the store for around 25 minutes, a staff member named Barry abruptly told us we “will not be buying that” because the ring had supposedly been priced wrong by mistake as the ticket said £2995.00 & he said it’s £3500.00. The way they handled the situation was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. The rest of the staff weren’t any better — the attitude in the store was shocking. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. We visited this site as its mine and my husbands 10th wedding anniversary and we were looking for a diamond ring. We were greeted by Amber, asked if we needed help and we did. I explained the shape and budget and Amber chose the perfect ring out for me. Barry, the manager was also in store. Very friendly, reassuring and helpful. After I got the ring of my dreams we had a drink to celebrate, such a lovely touch to offer a drink to celebrate! We will visit Amber at her Manchester site. She was friendly, helpful and put my mind at ease. All round amazing experience. Thank you 😊

Great friendly experience, on a whim whilst visiting Leeds I bought a new watch only to find that when I got back to the hotel there was an issue with it. Took the watch back to explain the faults ( the watch itself not the jewellers fault), they were so apologetic about the situation.They had no like for like in the shop so they ordered it to be delivered the day after I arrived home. Can't thank Jordan & Remi enough for resolving the issue, next time I'm in Leeds I will thank them again for the great personal experience, highly recommend a visit to the premises.
