Looking forward a special something for my 25th wedding anniversary so visited Rox in Liverpool where I was served by Jess. Jess is an absolute credit to the company, she was patient, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jess had all the time in the world for us, I didn't feel rushed and was very pleased to be able to try on whatever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. We decided on a gorgeous ring, which could be altered to my preference (yellow gold or platinum...natural or lab). I am thrilled with my purchase, but even more thrilled with the service. I visited Rox today with my partner for the first time since being engaged to get my ring resized had an amazing experience with Raf, she was so attentive and really customer focused.
