Austin Bounce House Rentals was a great solution for a fun kids b-day party. We were a little late lion planning, but they easily accommodated our request. We had the event at a venue and they met the time constraints we had of renting the space. Great experience all around!

Ordered 2 bounce houses for my grandsons 3 year old birthday party yesterday. The kids had a fantastic time and the parents loved that I ordered 2 bounce houses to give more room to jump. I gave only four stars because I had a bit of trouble prior to set up which was partly my fault however the company couldn’t remedy the issue so I had to figure it out. The set up was to be on grass however it had rained and would possibly rain again. The houses had to be set up on concrete instead. The company only sent stakes for securing on grass however we needed water or sand weights for securing on concrete. They didn’t have those type of weights and there was a lot of back and forth trying to get them to go back and get the proper weights or go buy the proper weights. That created a lot of stress and the company seemed to think it was ok to anchor to posts or other heavy items sitting around (a golf cart was even suggested). We were at a country club so I was able to get the club to provide buckets of sand for weights. I would suggest when ordering that you ask the company to carry all supplies for any method of securing the houses. Again the items ordered were wonderful however it was very stressful and I was lucky my club was so accommodating!

Renting a bouncy house for Halloween party was a great decision. The company was very professional, quick to answer, and the kids absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

Rented the Hello Kitty bouncy house for my daughter’s bday, and it was a great hit! Reasonable price for the rental. Service was seamless and the delivery person was very communicative. Highly recommend

These guys were great, the rate was reasonable and the bounce house was in great shape. The kids loved it. They showed up early, the banner wasn’t the one i ordered but they had the correct one to me before they finished setup. Very professional and friendly.
