We booked a bouncy house for my son's 2nd birthday. Everything went perfect, it was easy to book online, the team contacted me in advance to schedule drop off and the kids loved the bouncy house. Would absolutely recommend Operation Jump!!

We’ve been using them for a few years now and the service their team provides is unmatched! The water slides are always clean and the kids have a blast! Their setup and take down crews are always so friendly, never drive where they shouldn’t and show up when they say they will! 10/10 recommend for any party entertainment needs!

had an excellent experience with Operation Jump LLC! Marcus personally reached out to accommodate my preferred time and days for an event I was planning. He proactively asked how they could earn my business, then made it happen. The customer service was outstanding, and the extra effort to make things work did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

This place rocks!! Our school has used them for the past couple of years. Being early and on time when you are planning Field Day is the most important for me and they have always arrived when they said they would. They have amazing customer service, they are affordable and their equipment is great. Our students had the best time! Thank you again! I highly recommend 💜
