I hadn’t come back in 7 years because of losing insurance that covered my dental visits with this office. But as soon as I had insurance that covered me, I came back because I loved their services and outstanding dental work when I first was a patient in 2018. Came back today and had my cleaning with Ying who I absolutely am thankful for. I have small anxiety when I visit dentist offices and she always makes me feel comfortable. Dr Tucker is also a great. I highly recommend this team! 10s across the board!

I started seeing Dr. Tucker about a year ago after my former dentist retired. No one actually referred me; I picked Austin Family Dentist after researching Dr. Tucker’s educational background and training . Location was also very I important for me. I am not the easiest of patients; I have had numerous restorations and probably have more crowns than original teeth. Dr. Tucker is an exceptional dental professional and has a very friendly manner. His front office staff is friendly, professional and always lets me know my up front costs. His hygienist, Ying, is absolutely the best hygienist I have ever had.She takes care of my teeth exactly how every patient would like you to.

Wonderful experience,. Professional, very comfortable atmosphere charismatic and top notch results! If you're looking for a dentist no need to look any further!! Dr. Tucker is amazing! I had a dental emergency over the weekend and left a voicemail message — to my surprise, Dr. Tucker personally called me back to discuss my issue. He gave me helpful advice on what to do until the office reopened, which really put my mind at ease. Not many dentists would go out of their way to give a courtesy call like that, and I truly appreciated the care and attention. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this office — the entire staff is amazing!

The team here is really awesome and I highly recommend giving them a visit if you are in need of a good dentist. Dr. Kieschnick is kind, detail oriented, and attentive to all your questions, while Pat is just the absolute best at making you feel at ease. Special shout out to Jennifer at the front desk who is always so kind! So special to have a dentist you really trust.
