First time visiting this office. Great positive attitudes from the front desk, and beyond. Mia, the DA (I'm assuming this is her title), was so nice, and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Helmick, performed a very thorough exam, taking the time to explain my options. I already have another appointment scheduled. I definitely found my Dentist.

I went for dental cleaning. The person at front desk was smiling and cheerful and very kind and welcoming. I had my teeth cleaned by Dr David who did a great job. He was very thorough. His assistant also finished the polishing part. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

Went in for an emergency self-pay filling. Very up front about costs and transparent about options. Plus it was the most comfortable filling I've ever had, due to both the equipment they used and the practitioner's attentiveness and care. Very thorough and friendly, I was given tips for preventative care at home as well as maintenance tips related to my habits (rinsing my mouth out after sparkling water - I didn't know it was acidic!) By and far the best dentist experience I've had, they've gotten themselves a dedicated client!!

Forest Family Dentistry on Anderson Ln. is outstanding. Dr Meckel was the best dentist I’ve ever had in my 67 years of going to the dentist. He is patient, very knowledgeable and very caring of my needs. He gave me options I didn’t know about, he asked frequently if I was ok or if I needed a break and he spent a lot of time offering dental information regarding my dental issues and answering any questions I may have had. I did not feel like he was in a rush to see the next patient. Jade, my dental hygienist, was also exceptional. She was caring about my needs, explaining what she was about to do and why before doing anything. She also asked frequently if I needed a break or if I was okay. She adapted taking X-rays due to my strong gag reflex and it really helped. Thank you so much for a comforting and knowledgeable appointment.

Dr. Meckel was incredibly thorough and patient. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one carefully. I really appreciated that he spent more time with me during my cleaning than any dentist has before. He reviewed my X-rays in detail, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood it all. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health.
