Guillermo was very professional. From the free estimate to the final delivery, he did an amazing job. The estimate was done within 2 days of me reaching out to Ivana, and the table was refinished 9 days after I dropped it off. I called 2 other local shops and Austin Furniture Repair was the fastest, most reasonably priced. I am very happy with the final product and would definitely use them again!

I had a kneeler refinished and reupholstered and was completely pleased with customer service, options on offer, and quality of the work. Before and after pics attached.

We've used Austin Furniture Repair twice in the last 7 or 8 years. Each time they exceed our expectations. Today, they repaired a love seat recliner replacing a broken spring and a wooden brace. Excellent work and it is as good as new. We will use them again.

Amazing! They took a beat up antique bar and turned it into a work of art. Communication was good, price was reasonable, they were quick, and even picked up and returned the piece. I highly recommend them for your furniture repair!

My experience with this business has been frustrating to say the least mostly in part due to lack of communication and responsiveness from the office personnel from the git-go. They're hard to get a hold of and scheduling pick-up was a hassle (not there during posted office hours, unreturned phone calls and emails). As for the furniture repair, they didn't put on the chair trim that I included with the materials I supplied. They eventually fixed it but it was yet another headcache. Why wasn't it done in the first place? Why didn't they call me if they had questions about the repair? Did they lose the materials? Why was there no accountability or answers from the office as to what happened? I didn't receive a drop-off receipt so there was no accounting for what I brought in (nor record of work to be completed, cost, timeframe). Also, the business seems shady. Ivana, the front desk person, didn't know or wouldn't tell me who the manager or owner was and supposedly didn't know how to get a hold of them. There's no talking to anyone but her, not even the guy doing your repair.
