This is the only place in Austin to get your garage door fixed/replaced. My door broke due to a poor install from the home builder. The first garage company I spoke with said that the whole door would need to be replaced and it would be 4+ weeks to get a new one. Also wouldn’t match the current paint on the door so would have to do that myself. This caused me to put it off because we could make do with our one working garage door. This week I reached out to Joe and he responded immediately. Said the door could be fixed and he could fix it within the hour. I asked him to come the next day, which they did. Sure enough, the door was fixed in under an hour and only had to pay a third of what was originally quoted to me by the prior company. Fantastic service and quality. They are a must use for any garage door need.

What a wonderful experience! I heard a loud pop in the a.m. and realized the spring on my garage door had broken and I was stuck! I took a chance on Google saw this business and gave them a ring. I followed up by sending a video of what I was experiencing. I immediately received a quote and notification that a technician would be here within an hour. The tech Jose showed up within 30 minutes first wow! He explained what needed to be done and the time needed to correct the issue. The issue was corrected, A tuneup was done on my garage door And the recommendation was given for a future fix before there is an issue. They were responsive, quick and efficient and made me feel comfortable with the work to be performed. Once the tech completed the work, he walked me through everything that was done..
