Neil did a wonderful job modifying our garage door rail and support to make more space in the garage. This was a somewhat custom adjustment and Neil did a thorough inspection to make sure it would work as planned and then completed the work very quickly. Another company fixed my opener, and afterwards tried to upsell me on some unnecessary repairs. I called Up and Up for a second opinion and he gave me an honest assessment. He clearly explained why our system was fine and that the previous technician had greatly exaggerated his claims. Up and Up replaced our garage door rollers for a fair and reasonable price. I’m really glad we called them in for a second opinion.
