We attended an event at the JWMarriott and Austin Pro Video provided videography and photography services for the conference... WOW. They were everywhere during the event, fully capturing the energy of the experience. However, in the follow up conversation is where they really shined in their service! We needed to pull a picture we had lost track of that was outside the window of time that it would be appropriate to ask for such a favor. In their kindness they did not turn me down but considered the request AND were able to recover the picture. They really didn't have to go that extra mile but I am so thankful they did. Hands down will be our go to business for our next event with service like that!

Austin Pro provided video recording services across 4 days for our annual conference. Ken and his team were a joy to work with and provided exceptional service. The quality of the recordings was excellent and they were released to us within the expected time frame post-conference. Their fee schedule was reasonable for the services provided. We would hire them again if the need arises in the future.

We hired Austin Pro Video to record several sessions for our conference that lasted four days. They provided elite level service. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than this group did. Ken Saieh and his team were incredibly responsive. They were very well-organized and took the time to understand our needs, which were fairly complex since we needed three sessions recorded simultaneously in three different rooms at various points. Moreover, the quality of the recordings was excellent, and the turnaround time was very fast. Sometimes, you're so impressed with a company that you take the time to write a five-star review like this one. This is such a moment. No one is better. Hire these folks!

I recently used Austin Pro Video for a training video that involved several segments, audio and picture improvements, still photos, videos and music. Ken was so amazing! He was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to produce my video quickly and offered great suggestions to make the final product better than what I envisioned. The pricing was great - I feel like I got a really good deal for what I paid. I will definitely use Austin Pro Video again and highly recommend them.
