Dr Roy is an amazing health practitioner who combines holistic healing with western medicine. Recently, he came up with an out of box solution to antibiotics that helped my husband who has trouble taking them. He’s also readily available through the portal for follow up. I’m so glad I’ve entrusted in my family’s care to him 💛💛💛💛💛

I love the personal attention you get with Austin MD. This is not your typical medical factory where you spend 2-3 minutes get a generic set of answers, a prescription, and “I will see you in 30 days” as the doc walks about to his next appointment. I wanted someone who would listen to my health goals and objectives, my challenges and help me devise a plan on how to achieve them. That is exactly what I am getting - very personal face to face time, deeper discussions about my current health and very specific plans on how to achieve my objectives. The staff is great and truly dedicated to a very positive experience with genuine interest in your health goals and outcomes.

Dr. Roy and his staff are top notch providers. Every time I have visited, I have been seen almost immediately, and have been taken care of with thoughtfulness. When giving blood, it is very difficult to find a good vein from which to get lab results. The staff at AustinMD Aesthetics & Wellness have been able to perform my labwork and draw blood from me every time, where at other places, I have literally been told "I'm sorry, we can't help you." Getting bloodwork done has always been very stressful for me, as sometimes technicians will attempt 5 or 6 times to draw blood without success. The AustinMD staff get it done the first time, every time. They truly are pros!

Dr. Roy and team were fantastic. I visited the office for the first time recently to establish care at the suggestion of my girlfriend, an existing patient of Dr. Roy's. I have a bit of "white coat syndrome" and don't like doctors offices, but Dr. Roy and team made me feel at ease and confident through the entire process. Dr. Roy was patient, compassionate, and took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain how he treats patients. Thank you Dr. Roy and AustinMD Aesthetics & Wellness!

I’ve only had one appointment but I’m very happy so far. I uploaded a ton of documents to the portal— years worth of labs and other documents. I was very happy to see the Dr Roy had looked at everything and taken notes before our meeting. It was so refreshing to speak with a doctor who is interested in solving the root cause of problems. I’m excited to go back again.
