I’ve boarded my pup with Austin’s Pet Escape several times over the past year, and every experience has been fantastic. She now gets visibly excited when she sees me packing her things because she truly loves it there. The team is amazing about daily morning check-ins, and they always send the best photos, which gives me so much peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Have had my 2 dogs looked after by Austin Pet Escape a couple times now and have found them to be excellent. They provide daily photo updates which is great and they have a nice daily routine for the dogs. My dogs come home calm and not in any way stressed and are happy to be dropped back for the next visit. Highly recommend.
We boarded our 2 pups for 3 nights with Austin Pet Escape and they did a fantastic time taking care of them! We have an odd pairing of a younger big dog who loves to play and is quite social and an older chihuahua who’d rather sniff around and get some pets than play with the other dogs and she has some lung issues. They took time to learn a bit about our girls and how to do their medications when we first dropped them off (the chihuahua takes pills and uses an inhaler twice a day and the big dog has twice daily pills as well). I always make sure my pet sitter feels comfortable with how we give the medication and the inhaler-it’s easy to do but very few pets need an inhaler so I rarely see a pet sitter with this kind of experience. They made sure they were fully confident and comfortable doing her inhaler before I left and they did a fantastic job with her. I’d say they’re very teachable and good listeners so if you have a pet with any sort of medical condition and you need a pet sitter I’d reach out to them to see if they’re up for it. They made sure both girls had their individual needs met and sent us daily updates with photos. Our big dog made a couple friends and looked to be having a good time playing. Our chihuahua seemed to be happily running around sniffing the yard (her favorite activity). Their yard was nice and clean with a turf pad for the dogs and they actively cleaned up the dog poops. They did a great job communicating via text so we knew what to expect for drop off and pick up and were flexible and efficient getting us in and out since we were boarding them while we went to an event. Our dogs came home happily worn out and have been napping for the last hour. I would highly recommend them and if we ever need a sitter in Austin again we will be using them for sure!
Look at these happy faces!! I trust no other than APE, Yoly, Tyler and their team with my fur babies. I have no stress, anxiety or fear when I need to leave town and trust my pups with anybody - because they’re not just anybody they’re the greatest team! I love them and so do my dogs. I get pictures for peace of mind - the cutest pictures at that, I also know that they are happy, safe and in a comfortable place. there is no better peace of mind when I leave the city than knowing my babes are with APE!!
Tyler has been great. We have new puppy (Mini Dachshund) and he needed day care for energy reasons. We also use Austin Pet Escape as our boarding when we travel and it just makes it so easy. Highly recommend!
