Tyler is the BEST! He is very communicative and flexible, sends plenty of pictures, and keeps our girl so happy! We have done many stays with him and will continue to make his place her home away from home!

I’ve boarded my pup with Austin’s Pet Escape several times over the past year, and every experience has been fantastic. She now gets visibly excited when she sees me packing her things because she truly loves it there. The team is amazing about daily morning check-ins, and they always send the best photos, which gives me so much peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend them more!

My dog and I travel a lot and we have boarded at several places (Barking hound in Atlanta, and Atlas Dogs in Toronto). My dog has done great at both of these professional establishments. I am in Austin, visiting, and needing to find a boarding place quickly and had an appointment set up for a MEET AND GREET here. We had the appointment set up and my dog has done well at every meet and greet so I did not have a back up. We booked well in advance and the owner called last minute to ask a few questions. I was honest with the owner, as every dog has had times of grouchiness. The owner cancelled without asking any questions and told me my dog was aggressive and that I was irresponsible for not telling him upfront, he then hung up. One of the strangest interactions I have had. And I wonder how this person is with dogs. And now I am scrambling...

Have had my 2 dogs looked after by Austin Pet Escape a couple times now and have found them to be excellent. They provide daily photo updates which is great and they have a nice daily routine for the dogs. My dogs come home calm and not in any way stressed and are happy to be dropped back for the next visit. Highly recommend.

Austin's Pet Escape transport van drives recklessly and breaks numerous traffic laws. Given their blatant disregard for traffic safety, I would never trust my pet's wellbeing with this company.
