The communication from AFW was exceptional. An email AND a phone call confirming the online order, quick delivery time available. Confirmation the day before from the driver, who arrived early AND put the large box exactly where it needed to go. For a big table it was assembled quickly and easily by one person (just needing a second person to help turn it over). Fits 8 AFW Bailey chairs comfortably, and it isn't blowing around in the wind. Really happy with it.

We couldn’t be any happier with Australian Furniture Warehouse!! We live in Melbourne and ordering interstate was so easy and simple. I emailed several times with questions and always got a prompt response. Even though I had to pay courier/transport fees the service was exceptional! I was kept informed of the whole delivery and they couldn’t have been more professional. Our outdoor setting exceeded our expectations. The quality as well as the price is excellent. Recently purchased Eclipse extension outdoor table. Communication from the team was fantastic. On delivery day, team was running early & phoned to advise. Minimal assembly required - just screw on the legs. Quality is good. Had some initial issues with the table extension but easily resolved with a phone call. Very happy with the product & will use this supplier again

Looks great and was a good price, but the grip for the drawers is on the underside, which is a bit annoying, particularly when you have to reach to the ground when opening the bottom drawer. Just have to get used to it! Otherwise 5 star on value and service.
