Kirtan at ASMY West End is unlike anything I've experienced before. Meditation has always helped me find stillness, as though my thoughts gently settle to the floor of my mind. But kirtan takes it to another level... It's as if a firehose washes through, clearing everything out and leaving me refreshed and deeply connected. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the experience is both uplifting and cleansing. If you're curious about kirtan, I HIGHLY recommend ASMY West End.

An oasis in West End. Beautiful, serene yoga and meditation sanctuary. Something for everyone to relax, restore, rejuvenate and celebrate! Kirtan experience is heartwarming, uplifting and reaches deep within. People are real, warm, caring and friendly. My favourite place to go.

The best place I have ever been to in Brisbane so far. Once you step in to this place, you will feel a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I came here for the first time on their Yoga Day Festival in 2023 and have been coming back here every week ever since! I super love the kirtan meditation but they have a variety of yoga classes and amazing workshops and events. It has become my happy place in Brisbane. No matter what I have gone through the day but once I come and immerse in the moment at this place, I will step out in a much happier and more fulfilling feeling at the end of the day. You will never regret coming here!! 😍😍😍

What a chill place (can sometimes be literally)! When it's too hot in summer just come by and ask for water - it's free near the entrance. It's too chill that when I joined a music meditation (kirtan) on a weekday, many were sleeping on the couches. They also sell some interesting items, my recent favourite is the tulasi necklace, pictured. They are a non-profit organisation, so I know that if I buy anything, donate money, or do some volunteering, it ultimately benefits the community. Most meditation programmes are by donation. I am most thankful for the wisdom I get from attending Sunday talks, and applying in my daily life some practices they shared.
