Authentic Jiu Jitsu is such a great gym! I've been for a couple open mats and a drop in class. Everyone is super technical and a fun roll. Ben is always friendly and so knowledgeable. He took the time to give me feedback during drilling in a rather large class; I really appreciated it. Their higher belts also give great feedback/tips, I felt like I wasn't just a number even though I was just visiting. :) Will definitely be back.

“This is by far the best Jiu Jitsu gym I’ve ever trained at! 🥋 The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, breaking down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and apply during sparring. The classes are well-structured, and I really appreciate how the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming—everyone treats each other with respect. I have nothing but the best things to say about professor Ben, all of the coaches, the culture, and the people at Authentic. Very welcoming environment to learn Jiu Jitsu. As someone who came in with no experience, Ben and the coaches helped me every step of the way, and inspired me to keep going. Jiu Jitsu is an incredible sport, if you're looking to get into it, I'd definitely recommend Authentic Jiu Jitsu.

Authentic is such an amazing gym. Ben and all the coaches are so knowledgeable, patient, and clearly very passionate for the sport. The women's group is super supportive and encouraging. Authentic has a great variety of classes, truly for all skill levels. The gym itself is very well-maintained and very clean. I've always loved every class I have attended.

Professor Ben is an absolute class act! Teammates at this gym are something to admire as well, as Jiu Jitsu is an intense activity, everyone at the gym understands control and technicality as this is what is drilled into the students and in turn, it ensures the safety of everyone. The moment you enter Authentic, you are welcomed into a very friendly and supportive environment. Do not hesitate to step foot into the doors of this amazing gym, be it you’re a beginner or have a background in martial arts, there is space for you on the mats!
