I purchased 3 Alocasia plants from this shop and had them shipped. They came tightly packed with a heat pack and showed up perfect! After a day of rehab they are incredible and perky! I’m especially excited for the variegated frydek! And the black velvet is already growing a corm baby!! Who am I kidding, I’m excited to see what all of them do! Thank you again, hopefully next time I buy from you it’s in person ☺️

I absolutely love this store, I loved their free plants they used to give away, it always brought me into the store and I always ended up spending a little extra. I was particularly challenged when the cashier commented on me purchasing a clearance “dying plant”, he said something along the lines of please save her. Well here you go, she’s been saved!!! Love you guys

From the first prompt reply to my re-potting inquiry (via text message with Daniel) to the on-time/on-estimate preparation of my large Croton, I was impressed with the Sprout team, all of whom clearly care about customer service and are knowledgeable about plants and ensuring their care and health. My Croton needed to be “wrangled”, as it had overgrown its plastic pot and got a new look in a glazed ceramic container that I provided. From a raggedy-looking house plant to a securely staked “tree” with dense foliage, my Croton underwent a successful makeover (special thanks to Michael). Fabulous!

First time to visit here. I called 2 days ago and the gentleman confirmed that they have Molly mix. I got the mix and a bag of soil. I also got a free Monstera baby plant. The inside of the store are full of lush plants. The gentleman helped me right away and gave information how to repot my plants, the ratio of the soil and mix etc. He was very knowledgeable. Very good customer service. I definitely recommend their services. Plenty of parking outside.

I recently visited Sprout and purchased my first Juniper Bonsai, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The store had an impressive selection of bonsais, having just received a new shipment. After searching all over Calgary, I was thrilled to find that Sprout was the only place that had them in stock. The person at the front was incredibly helpful, patiently assisting me in choosing the right bonsai and answering all my questions about its care. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. My Juniper Bonsai is thriving, and I am delighted with my purchase.
