Customer for 10+ years for a reason! They video and take pictures of every issue they recognize as well as fault codes. They put the Mercedes Benz dealership in town to shame at a fraction of price. They have a rewards point system which can be applied to your invoice and just got a year end check for future services as well. Cole and Wes are outstanding customer service representatives and mechanics are top in their fields. Only auto mechanics in Lexington I go to!👍

If i could give this auto repair shop a 5.5 I would! They diagnosed my vehicle quickly and were able to find the problem. I know sometimes parts need to be ordered but they were able to fix the small repair my vehicle needed while my 2 children and I were sitting in their nice waiting room. Cole and the staff there are professional and I would highly recommend thus shop to any family member or friend!

Hands down the best shop I've ever been to! I'm someone who has trust issues with car shops, and I felt completely secure with these guys. Communication was a 10/10, very professional while also not feeling too distant and "corporate". The systems laid out for car pick up, payment, etc. are so ahead of the game and put them at #1 for me. The waiting room smelled so good too!
